At Passive Income Jai, we are committed to providing high-quality training and services. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of payment.

  • The service or course must not have been fully consumed or completed.

  • Any downloadable content or bonuses must not be downloaded or accessed beyond a minimal portion (at our discretion).

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Full Name

  • Email address used for purchase

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for requesting the refund

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your refund request, we will verify your eligibility and respond within 3-5 business days.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment (via Razorpay or any platform used).

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if:

  • The request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.

  • The user has violated our Terms and Conditions or engaged in misuse of services.

  • Significant course or service material has been consumed, downloaded, or used.
